The University of California Black Administrators' Council (UCBAC) will host an exciting and empowering two-day gathering of African American leaders from across UC campuses and career levels. This year's theme flows from the belief that the courage each of us needs to be an effective leader is made stronger by the wisdom of our fellow advocates for African American students, faculty and staff.
