The University of California Black Administrators' Council (UCBAC) invites you to an exciting and empowering two-day gathering of African American leaders from across UC campuses and career levels. This year's theme flows from the belief that the courage each of us needs to be an effective leader is made stronger by the wisdom of our fellow advocates for African American students, faculty and staff.

Join us for inspiring keynote addresses, informative concurrent sessions and opportunities to network with colleagues across the University of California system.
